Synth is designed with privacy in mind. We collect and process the minimum information necessary to provide the service:

• •Message Content: Messages directed at Synth (via @mention or reply) are processed in real-time to generate responses. Message content is not permanently stored on our servers after the response is delivered.
• •User Identifiers: Discord user IDs, server IDs, and channel IDs are used to route messages and maintain conversation context during an active session.
• •Usage Data: Basic usage metrics (such as number of interactions, features used, and response times) may be collected anonymously to improve the service.

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• •Maintaining and improving the quality, accuracy, and performance of the Bot's AI responses.

3. Data Storage & Retention

Synth does not maintain a permanent database of user conversations. Message content is processed in real-time and discarded after the response is sent. Server and user identifiers may be retained for operational purposes such as rate limiting and abuse prevention. Generated images are temporary and not stored beyond the delivery window. We employ industry-standard security practices to protect any data that is temporarily processed.

4. Third-Party Services

Synth integrates with AI language models and image generation APIs to provide its core functionality. When you send a message to Synth, the message content may be transmitted to these third-party AI providers for processing. These providers may have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We encourage users to review the privacy practices of the underlying AI providers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Information may only be shared in the following circumstances:

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information during processing. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage users to avoid sharing sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial details, or identity documents) in their messages to the Bot.

8. Children's Privacy

Synth is not specifically designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Bot, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord server or landing page. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
